DIY Inspiration - Multi Row & Layered Necklaces

layered multi-row necklaces diy inspiration

When looking for pieces to include in my recent feature on Nashville's Scarlett O'Connor I discovered that the layered necklace look her character wears is very much on trend at the moment! So for today's post I went back and revisited the idea finding inspiration from stores like Topshop, Miss Selfridge, New Look & ASOS. The look is very versatile and as you can see there is a huge variety to choose from with both bold and delicate designs gracing the high street. Layer up seperate pieces or pickup a ready combined one - there really is a multi-row necklace for everyone.

If you want to get creative why not DIY your own version? Cut different lengths of chain and add on charms, beads or any other embellishments you like then attach them all together onto one clasp. If you're stuck on what lengths to make your chains take a look at my recent Guide To Necklace Chain Lengths to get an idea of how various lengths will sit!
