Goodbye 2011.

I wanted to end this year of blogging by writing a thank you to all of you who take the time to read and comment on my little blog. This year I've decided what it is I really want to blog about, for the most-part stuck to my schedules and overall found my own blogging style. I introduced Weekly Style last January, Week In Photos back in February and my Monthly Film Roundup posts in April which have definitely become my favourite to write. More recently I've been posting more nail art tutorials and begun a new series on Zoe Hart's style (Hart of Dixie), both of which have quickly become my most popular posts. I've been slacking a little on the photography front but when the weather improves I plan to start taking my cameras on more trips again. I hope that next year will bring even more enjoyment and success from blogging and that I will finally get to meet up with some of you lovely people!

The second huge thank you I owe to you all is for the support you've shown me in the form of enthusiasm and feedback with launching my shop. My office temp job ended after a year in September and now thanks to you guys Sawyer & Scout is what I do and I love it. I owe a special thank you to those who have gone out of their way to write posts full of kind words about the shop, I really appreciate them and am very grateful to all of you. In the new year I'm looking to expand the shop hopefully including more textiles and artwork in addition to the jewellery.

Outside of blogging my 2011 has been full of ups and downs and overall hasn't been the best. Blogging, running the shop and the awesome community here has kept me busy and helped a lot. Recently I've been starting to feel better again and fingers crossed next year things will continue to improve and I'll get back on track. I'm starting the new year with another evening class in film which I'm really looking forward to, the arrival of Drive on DVD at the end of January and am already finding myself over-excited about visiting the Harry Potter set in April.

See you in 2012!
